This exercise I’ve personally developed and is effective to build up resilience, self-regulate emotional states, contrasting feelings of fear, defectiveness and helplessness. It’s an exercise where you will use your imagination and you’ll role-play with a strong side of yourself.
You can practice it while sitting, standing or laying down.
