This exercise is my own customized version of a classic tool that all the following disciplines use: Mindfulness, Schematherapy, Hypnotherapy, Zen Meditation and Yoga Nidra. This practice has been researched and found effective in decreasing managing emotions, self-regulation and stress reduction.
