This exercise I’ve developed inspired by the work of the Mindfulness founder Jon Kabat Zinn. This recording is inspired by Jon Kabat Zinn’s original MBSR walk meditation, that has been found effective in decreasing stress, managing anxiety and chronic pain.

 

Another evidence-based tool you can practice on your own, either indoor or outdoor.
